This single-story 5-bedroom home in Lake Berkley Resort holds up to 12 guests, 20 minutes from Disney, with a private heated pool on a screened lanai. The bunk room, with two bunk beds sleeping four, is built for a group of kids, while the queen master with direct pool access gives the adults the quiet end. Everything is on one level, and the open living and dining area seats eight, so the whole group eats together. The lake, with its walking trail and fishing, is a short stroll away.

Guest access

Guests have the entire home and the private heated pool to themselves, plus full access to Lake Berkley's amenities: the heated community pool, fitness center, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, fishing dock and lake trails.

Lake Berkley is a gated, 24-hour secure resort in Kissimmee, off US-192, set around a spring-fed lake with walking and fishing paths. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 12-18 min, Universal Studios 22-30 min, SeaWorld 18-25 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 25-32 min, Walmart 2-5 min, Vineland Outlets 12-18 min.

Getting around

A car is the practical way to reach the parks and move around Orlando, with free on-site parking and quick access to US-192 and I-4. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft works well for nights out without driving.
