Lovely stay! We had a wonderful time!! I would highly recommend bringing your own pots/pans as well as toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels.

This luxurious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa in Emerald Island Resort offers an unforgettable stay for up to 12 guests. The home has been professionally decorated with high-end furnishings and includes a private pool and spa (with an extra fee for heating), surrounded by lush landscaping and a unique conservation area behind.
The open-plan living room offers views of the pool and connects seamlessly to the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The outdoor area features a large covered lanai with two dining sets, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Over all the place meet the requirements had some concerns about pay to park at the place you just rented. The parking fee should be include in the price. The jets didn't work in the hot tub. There were no TVs in the bunk beds room or the twin bed room. I would stay again still knowing what I know. The host response was quick to answer my concern. was a overall good stay.
The house is as advertised and is on a nice development within easy reach of the Disney and Universal parks. The staff at the clubhouse and on the gate are helpful. The bedrooms and living spaces are spacious with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and when we realised that there weren’t any chopping boards and the kettle was broken, this was immediately resolved.
