The space

1) TV Setup:

2) Internet:

High-speed Wi-Fi provided by Summit, with speeds of up to 500 Mbps (wireless speeds may vary).

3) Pet Friendly:

Pet Fee: $250 for 1 pet.

2 or more pets: $150 each (non-refundable).

Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA): In accordance with (413.09/2022), service animals and ESAs are welcome. A written request is required at the time of reservation. No documentation is necessary, but knowingly misrepresenting a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor under sections 775.082 and 775.083, Stat 2022. Please inform us of the tasks or work your service animal has been trained to perform.

4) Private Pool & Spa Details:

West-facing pool, deep end 5 ft, with safety fence.

Pool heating available for $40/day (minimum of 3 consecutive days). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before desired start date.

Spa is not a hot tub; both pool and spa share the same water system.

Minimum payment applies even for stays under 3 days.

5) Grills:

Grills $100 per week

6) Extra & Concierge Services:

Optional services (not included in booking price) include pet fees, pool heating, early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay cleanings, etc. Contact us for availability and pricing.

7) Pool Enclosure Access:

Screen doors around the private pool area remain padlocked for safety and liability reasons. Only pool maintenance staff will access them during scheduled weekly service.

8) Garage:

Not available for parking; converted into a Game Room.

9) Baby Items (Complimentary):

Pack ‘n Play (sheets not provided), stroller, and high chair/booster seat.

10) Mailing Information:

The property does not receive mail. Packages can be sent to the management company’s office—contact us for details.

11) Wildlife & Pests:

Florida’s natural environment includes raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer, and alligators, as well as insects like ants, mosquitoes, spiders, and bees. The home has regular pest control, but sightings may occur. No refunds will be issued for wildlife or pests. Contact us if an issue arises so we can assist promptly.

12) Guest Contact Information:

Guests must provide an email address to receive the rental contract and check-in instructions.
