Professionally furnished two‑story home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, spanning 2,265 sq ft of luxury. On the ground floor: open family room with LCD TV, dining table for 8 plus breakfast bar for 4, and fully equipped kitchen.

Outside: your own splash pool for relaxing swims and conversation. Pool heating and grill available as extras (requiring request 48 h before). Resort features included for guests: zero‑entry heated pool, lazy river, water slides, games room, gym, mini‑golf, fire‑pit, poolside dining/bar. Guests must provide full names for resort access. Surveillance cameras only outdoors.

Upstairs, enjoy a central recreation loft featuring a smart TV and a PlayStation 5 console, perfect for family fun or relaxing game nights. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably:

• Pool heating: USD 40/day (minimum 3 days). Pool setpoint 85–90 °F; may take 24+ hours to reach.
• Grill rental: USD 95 (propane + cleaning).
• Pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee per pet.
• Starter supplies provided; guests should purchase extras at local supermarket.
• Trash valet service available daily; place trash bags inside bin in front.
