Bunk Room #1 (Second Floor): Designed with kids in mind, this room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it a fun sleepover spot.

Bunk Room #2 (Second Floor): Features a full-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin trundle, ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

This layout comfortably accommodates larger groups while offering privacy and flexibility.

Living Spaces

The open-concept living room is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or game-day streaming. The adjoining dining area has plenty of space for family meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll feel right at home.

Outdoor Area

Step outside to your private screened pool, where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine in total comfort. Pool heating is available for $40 per day (minimum 3 days), making it perfect year-round. If you love outdoor cooking, a BBQ grill can be provided for $100 per week, great for family cookouts and evening gatherings.
