The ground floor opens living, dining and kitchen into one space, with a queen bedroom on the same level for anyone who would rather skip the stairs. Upstairs, a king master and two more bedrooms give a large family or two families their own corners. The screened lanai is where dinner happens on a grill night, and the resort clubhouse covers the rest.

Guest access

Guests have the entire townhome, the screened private pool and the BBQ area to themselves, plus full access to Bella Vida's amenities: the heated community pool, hot tub, gym, sports courts, playground and lake trails.

Bella Vida is a gated, 24-hour secure resort in Kissimmee, off US-192, with Walmart, restaurants and outlets within walking distance or a short drive. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 12-18 min, Universal Studios 22-30 min, SeaWorld 18-25 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 22-28 min, Walmart 3-5 min, Vineland Outlets 13-18 min.

Getting around

A car is the easiest way to reach the parks, outlets and grocery stores, with free parking inside the resort and quick access to US-192, FL-417 and I-4. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft is widely available for nights out without driving.
