Our single-story villa boasts nearly 1500sqft of air-conditioned, tiled living space, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with ease. Featuring 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home ensures privacy, comfort, and style. The private, screened pool, surrounded by a fully fenced garden, offers a secluded oasis where you can bask in the Florida sun without a care in the world.

Safety and Compliance:

In accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa.

Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival.
