This two-story 4-bedroom villa in Solterra Resort holds up to 12 guests, 25 minutes from Disney, with a private screened pool and a BBQ on the patio. Two king master suites, one on each floor, give two sets of adults their own space and bathroom, while the two themed bunk rooms, each sleeping four, are built for the kids. The open living area runs out to the pool, and the resort clubhouse, with a lazy river and beach-entry pool, is a short drive within the gates.

Guest access

Guests have the entire home, the private heated pool, and the BBQ to themselves, plus full access to Solterra Resort amenities: the clubhouse, resort pool with lazy river and water slide, Cafe Sol Bar and Grill, fitness center, tennis courts and nature trails.

Solterra is a gated resort in Davenport, off US-27 near I-4. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 18-25 min, Universal Studios 30-40 min, SeaWorld 25-32 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 35-45 min, Walmart 5-10 min, Vineland Outlets 22-30 min.

Getting around

A car is the easiest way to reach the parks, with free on-site parking and quick access to I-4 for Disney, Universal and Tampa. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft is available for nights out without driving.
